Ben and Tracee were excellent hosts when I used their co-working space for a few hours. Fresh coffee and regular checks if I needed anything. The only co-working space in King's Lynn and one I'd love to use again if I'm in this area again.

This is a perfect, quiet, lovely, spacious and characterful flexible office space, in none other than Hanse House, a truly historic building even by the standards of historic Kings Lynn. The hosts could not have been more friendly and helpful. And the price was incredibly valuable. I'm now looking for any excuse to work from here again!

Came from Manchester to visit my mum, so booked to come here and use the space for 2 full days whilst I worked. Really great location right near the river. Large open office. Good wifi. Car park close by that was £2.90 all day. Offered coffee, tea and biscuits all day. Both Tracee and Ben were super lovely too. Would use the space again! Thanks again. 🙂

Excellent Co working space and great value for money and dog friendly!

Thanks for squeezing us in.

Venue has a tea room within same building, paid parking for £5 all day next to the building and town centre is a short walk away.

A wonderful large quiet space perfect for small meetings of two people or possibly up to 8. Solid table and board for creating displays. Free coffee available. Friendly environment with Sun Spiral colleagues nearby. Good value. I would not go anywhere else.

After searching for an affordable and accommodating office space in King's Lynn, I am so pleased that Classical Music Rocks has discovered The Studio 6!

The space itself is comfortable, yet quirky and inspiring. Set in the fantastic historical backdrop of Hanse House, Tracee and Ben have created a unique space with functional tools, such as flip charts, whiteboards, and most importantly, snacks and coffee (!), to help us get our creativity flowing.

As hosts, Tracee and Ben are both very accommodating and are always checking that we have enough refreshment on the go so the CMR team can focus on the task in hand.

CMR cannot wait to return for our next monthly session at The Studio 6!
