The best recruitment agency I have dealt with. I couldn’t have asked for anything more, they sorted everything out, very professional and helpful. I can honestly say I had a great experience with Sure Start Staff. My initial call was with their Director, Adam Hawes. He went through my CV and experience and how it was relevant to the job description and role I had applied for. After he put me forward he kept in touch regularly with updates on how the company was proceeding with my application.

Fairly quickly I found out I had been selected for an interview and Adam tested me with some tough questions which made me feel a little nervous. He did however reassure me that I could succeed and gave me some great tips and advice. This inspired me to take on further research into the company and the role itself making the actual interview feel much more relaxed and like I was adequately prepared.

I heard back from Adam n the same day (he had obviously works long hours as it was in the evening) who again prepared me for the next stage of the interview and congratulated me on my performance and providing feedback from the employer which gave me further confidence. This really helped me in the next stage presentation and ultimately landed me the role.

Adam continued to live up to his reputation and was great at negotiating with my new employers, giving me my starting information and even caught up with me again after my first day with further words of encouragement. I was also pleasantly surprised that Sure Start Staff would be keeping in touch with me for the first 12 weeks of employee t to help guide me through my integration into the workplace.

I can honestly say that I would recommend Sure Start Staff to anyone searching for work. Top level service!

Wasted my time and other’s. Registered with Major Recruitment at the Sure Start Staff offices in Chadderton, typical agency throwing out false promises. Went to a three hour induction only to not be called for any work the following week.

As if we have time to waste sitting around for no work to come at the end of it.

Adam is a sales man, he’s very good at selling the job to you as if you’re the only person who’s going for it. I knew something wasn’t right at the office but I decided to give it a chance anyway.

Turns out i’ve wasted my time.

Don’t fall for the tricks guys.

Sure Start Staff are a good agency to sign up with, I met with them and was offered a very good job at McBrides that I was able to start almost immediately and it came with a detailed induction in which we were paid for our time

The job that I have now is a lot better than any job that I've had before.
Every other agency I've worked with has sent me to a sweatshop on a warehouse estate but this place treats you properly

Really good communication when it comes to signing up to the agency, the process of getting registered and the process of providing information of when and where you need to be for work. All staff are very friendly and regularly check up on you to ensure all is going well. Would recommend to anyone?
