I heard of Surftec initially through a client who works at a local school, where Neil and his team, designed, supplied and installed a new IT Suite that had been up and running for a couple of years. The school were very happy with the whole process and the aftersales support, so I thought I would give them a call regarding some new software I required, and an upgrade for a Desktop PC that runs our 3D Design Suite. Neil very helpfully talked me through the initial options available, and within 24 hours had emailed me a detailed quote with my exact requirements, as well as alternative options should I be interested. The new hardware was promptly delivered and installed by Neil, and along with the new Software was up and running within a few hours. I cannot fault the service we received, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Surftec to others.
