This is my second time visiting this store and I would recommend it to anyone. As soon as I walked in, I received a really friendly greeting from the store manager Daniel and after explaining my situation with my MacBook Screen not working properly, he was really helpful and reassuring. Due to it breaking just before the weekend he explained to me that the parts wouldn't arrive till next week. But he then explained to me how I could still use my Mac over the weekend to work on and gave me the best times to come back with it on the Monday so that I could receive it back the following day rather than having to be without all weekend. Really great service here from Daniel who is clearly not only very knowledgeable and reliable, but personable too. Highly recommend this store.

The best in store customer service I have ever received. Daniel and Gabriel were extremely knowledgable and personable, and remedied the issue I had with my iPhone SE in a matter of minutes. I opted for an 8am appointment time, which suited my needs perfectly, and seemed to be the only option in Manchester to get my issue sorted early, so I could go about the rest of my day.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

Took my iPhone XS in for a new battery, and the service was excellent. I was told it would be ready in 2 hours, and it was. Full explanation of what had been done, and a service report handed to me.
Would highly recommend Sync to anybody with Apple product issues.

Was told by Apple Arndale team member my apple MacBook repair would take a week , took it round the corner and was assured within 3 business days. Got it back, fully repaired in 36 hours! Very happy, great service.

Useless scam centre that makes money by charging £48 for diagnostics just to tell you that you need your laptop to be replaced and it will cost you 20 times more. They lured you into a trade-in just to tell you later they don't have models available. Having said so, my repair was done for £30 in the authorised apple service in Ukraine and I did not have to buy a new laptop. This is where quality meets value unlike GBM.
