Top notch staff, from top to bottom! Highly skilled, very courteous staff. Receptionists are always nice and in a good mood. The wait time is minimal, everyone is kind and attentive and to top it all, it offers valet parking FOR FREE! I've only had very pleasant experiences here.

The initial visit was fine and I was made a follow-up appointment. I cancelled a previous appointment in order to keep this one, and when I arrived no one knew anything about it. When I got back home I had a message that the doctor decided I was not a good choice for the research and that is fine, I'm not upset about that, the upsetting part is their not having the courtesy of calling me to let me know my appointment had been cancelled. The coordinator for the study told me to come down. I did, and not once, twice more than three times they wasted my time. I'm very disappointed with Compass. The original crew I dealt with are gone. The last three times they wasted my time, with some lame excuse when it comes to whatever studies I was being offered. I wasn't compensated the last three times for travel expenses. The last time I was there, you couldn't park vehicles in their lot. Same Lame Excuse that they had a sink hole. They had some valet service with some punks running it. I let them park my car. When I got it back, they messed with my stereo system, my seat and stoled change that was in my console. When I complained to Compass, they did NOTHING to resolve the problem. I'm beyond pissed!

I have been enrolled in an alzheimer's study for the past few years. I usually have an appointment every 6 months. Very professional staff and doctors/. I get compensated each visit. Highly recommended.

They kept my paper work after I filled out registration and was approved on the phone. My name is William Porter. I was told they were doing a study for the lumbar. I have spinal stenosis and automatically got approved with the gentleman on the phone. Kevin said they aren't doing that study yet. He also told me I was not eligible because I had spinal stenosis. He explained that they were doing shots and opiate drugs and that I would get to keep getting them forever from the company. I told him I was already seeing a physician and that I didn't want opiates as I am already on opiates and came there for the medical apparatus I was told about on the phone. He then told me I was denied because they couldn't use people that have petty mall seizures I do and I am on opiates now. He then told me I wasn't eligible for the shots because I have spinal stenosis ? That is why I was approved and that is why I went ahead and filled out the registration paper work that he kept saying he would watch for study's I may be eligible for I thought about that for awhile and it sure made me think scam. I was there today in the Orlando Office 7/08/2015. my name . William Porter and I was not eligible to receive any proceeds of any type from the study.

I got sick and became dehydrated during the first month of the overactive bladder study. So I was booted for not urinating enough. I guess the underwriters wouldn’t make any allowances for illness. That’s not realistic. It seems that some of the studies are too picky. Keep that in mind if you decide to call: do you have tine to waste?
