i ordered my own parts and then these guys built the pc for me. i was leaving to go on a trip and so asked if it could be built in 3 days — they assumed me it would be done in less, and then contacted me only 24hrs later to say it was done! i received pictures and updates throughout the process, too. such an amazing experience; the pc works wonderfully and looks gorgeous. super friendly and super helpful! this is my first proper pc and he explained various softwares and details to me. i’ll be going to these guys with any tech issues i have in the future, highly recommend. thanks again! 🙂

Harrison is utterly fantastic.
My memory stick physically broke that had my work assignment on and I was freaking out. I went to a couple other places for quotes and after talking to Harrison it was clear they were not being honest. He made me feel so at ease and was able to fix my memory stick and went the extra mile of showing me other memory sticks for my work, how to avoid things like this in the future etc, he was incredible and he literally saved the day! If you get yourself into a pickle like me - go here first!

I was having issues with my laptop so took it in to see if they could work out what the issue was. Within 5 minutes he diagnosed the issue, and gave me a rough ball park figure to repair it. Really friendly and helpful chap who gave me advice on what to look for when buying a new laptop as my one wasn’t worth saving.

I took in my touch screen HP laptop in as the hinge had broken and cracked the screen. Harrison was great, he explained why this happened and what he can do during the fixing process to prevent it happening again. The parts came quickly and it was fixed within a couple hours of me dropping it off!

Harrison was great when helping to build my custom gaming pc. He was helpful from start to finish. He went through the design with me as many times as I needed and explained every little bit to me and why he was doing it. He went through all the ordering with me and kept me up to date through the whole process. When I had questions after the build was finished he instantly offered to help.
