Highly disappointed with the equipment, service, support, account management and overall cost of this telecom solution. I have recently taken over as a General Manager of a company where we have Taylor Made provide our telecom services. For over 6 weeks I have raised complaints and asked for support. We have been with Tailor Made (formerly Peach) since 2007. In the more recent past Tailor Made have really upped their game and are a pleasure to work with. The introduction of an Account Manager has been fantastic as I now always have a point of contact for anything I may wish to discuss. My account manager is Tom Parsons who I find to be superb. He always responds to my queries and is extremely helpful.

My account manager Tom Parsons has been very efficient & helpful to arrange installation of our new telecoms systems. Prior to the new upgrade we were experiencing issues with inbound and outbounds calls remotely, with Toms help this has resolved the issues and I have been very satisfied with his service. He has kept me informed at each stage of the process and Tom also came to see me personally at my offices in Bedfordshire which is not a short journey. I feel Tom has gone the extra mile to get these issues resolved for us, thank you to Tom and the team at Tailor Made.

The whole experience of installing a new phone system was great. The initial meetings with Tom and others in the team really helped work out what we needed. Jack and the team of engineers that came were so helpful, friendly and pleasant. The whole thing was done in a short space of time and utterly seamless. Would highly recommend.

Peach supply our telephone and broadband services and we have always had great service. Recently we had a router problem which I reported to Peach technical support, their engineer Ross quickly understood the problem and arranged to send another router which we received very promptly, Peach also emailed me updates of the progress and after installing the new router the problem was fixed. What was very impressive was that Ross called me to ensure that everything was OK.

We have a support and managed services contract with Peach and the service has always been great. Recently, my laptop completely died and they exceeded expectations by letting me borrow a machine from them to use whilst they ordered me a new one and set it all up, even salvaging things that i had stupidly saved on my old C drive, meaning there was no downtime or impact to my working. Always friendly and helpful too. Would throughly recommend.
