Darrel texted me out of the Blue on LinkedIn about the role and I wasn't yet in the market, but his enthusiasm for the role and the company he was representing was simply too difficult to ignore, I applied for the position and I am due to start soon. Worked with Oliver @ Tank Recruitment and he is a model of how recruiters should be. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and his communication is second to none. What's more he has gone the extra mile to always keep me updated. Had 2 job matches from Tank and both resulted in me getting the jobs. I found Ollie and Darrell excellent at matching me to positions that were perfectly suited to my CV.
