I had issues with my laptop running slow and freezing and was contemplating buying a new one. I saw TC Systems advert and gave them a call. Within 20 minutes of having my laptop Tom gave me a call with a diagnosis a recommended repair and a reasonable quote to fix .I went ahead and had my laptop back that evening running probably better than ever before! Absolute 10 out of 10. They recognised how important this was to my mental health and got me back up and running as quickly as they could - kept it simple too! this heat has been reacting with my MS and ADHD meds and my brain’s a mush on hot days like this so I didn’t need overwhelming with jargon. Looking at it now, all set up and that, that would have taken me a month and I’d have gotten a lot wrong. They also rang afterwards to check I was okay now and even my gf doesn’t do that. Much appreciated

Yes, very impressed. Called late one afternoon, arranged collection of PC next morning. This took place on time and within a couple of hours Tom called me with the diagnosis and cost of repair. I agreed the repair and, after exhaustive testing of the new component, he returned it to us. He reconnected all leads and checked that it was working well. Would not hesitate to recommend Tom and use his services again
