Amazing Service!! Highly recommend. I enquired for a screen replacement for my Chinese gaming laptop which can't buy in UK. Charlie visited my address within 48 hrs removed to identify the screen to replace, sorted it and returned within 48 to complete . Tech Titans communication was amazing, fast and not a beat missed. Amazing Service, would highly recommend!
My little boy had broke his Ipad Screen and Tech Titans were able to book his Ipad in almost immediately. It was picked up promptly and repaired under an hour. They even provided a screen protector along with the repair. Super happy with the quality of service and smooth communication. Little one is also pleased to be back at his games. Would definitely be using again! Thank you!

I used Tech Titans last week to repair my sons PS5 and couldn't get recommend them enough. The communication from Charlie was excellent and the added bonus that they come to you and repair it which is so fast and efficient when you're busy! I needed a screen replacement for my daughter’s iPad. I came across tech titans and got in touch with Charlie. He responded promptly and I was able to book a slot to have the repair completed. Such a bespoke and convenient service. Charlie was highly professional, explained everything to me. Charlie came on the same day, diagnosed the issue, ordered it immediately, got it spot on, kept me updated through the whole process and I felt like I'd known him for years. What a great person, an expert, up front and honest and great character. I would highly advise using Tech Titans for any of your needs. Charlie was so fundamentally honest and guided me through every step of the process. He got my PS5 which had a broken disk drive, replaced it within 2 days. Picked it up and dropped it off. Sent me videos. Repaired and a couple of weeks later it is running better than it ever has and he fixed what I thought was unfixable. Great guy and will keep as a contact for years! Thanks again.

Best service, prompt, and 100% genuine. I was worried I was going to get scammed just handing over a ps5 to a complete stranger but I was so wrong! Charlie provided a brilliant service! Could not fault anything!! I bought a refurbished phone and water damaged it a week after having it - went to another person to have the screen fixed but unfortunately this smashed a few days later - I then found Tech Titans and couldn’t be happier I did, Charlie communicated the issues of the phone to me and explained it would not be as straight forward of a fix - then let me go away and think about if I wanted to have the screen replaced. I then decided I did and he came back and changed the screen for me. A few hours later the phone started playing up and the screen wasn’t performing as it should (due to previous faults in the phone not related to the refit) Charlie came back, once again dismantled it to fix it in less than 30 minutes - it has been working perfectly for the last month 🙂 absolute life saver, will definitely use Tech Titans services again!
