Nothing is working on their web page so can’t see any set up guides , also can’t find any thing to download load the app and the QR code that came with the camera is not working either. Disappointed with it already and may return for a refund.

Only ever worked once for few minimum while setting it up then could not view or download footage wouldn't recommend

App doesn't work , unable to view or download footage recorded on the sd card whilst using the app, I have on occasion's been able to see the videos are there and do exist but then app fails again. Customer service not helpful and did not offer a solution

Met Steve and jazz at ABR festival had a chat regarding helmet camera options and went with advice of the DC PRO front and rear helmet camera. They showed how it works and also the fast erase function that I was very impressed with. I also got the optional remote and gps. FANTASTIC bit of kit and footage was amazing quality and the speed between camera and phone was fast. Instal was simple and would very highly recommend this product and team.

Bought one of these direct from the website and the USB charging port stopped working within 1 month of ownership, couldn't charge my own camera, staff were rude and I was told there's no warranty (even with proof of purchase) and would be charged £35+post to have it repaired which is absolutely ridiculous, the fact it's a known quality control issue (told by staff) and they still charge people for the privilege is just ludicrous.
