I phoned to ask if my postage could be modified to buy a sample pack. I rang the number at the bottom of the web page. Tiggy answered the phone and sorted this for me. Basically if you need help you will be able to speak to real and very friendly people straight away. I will make Techsil my go to website now. Amazing!

Unimpressed that items are not in stock and sold without warning that it will be 7 days before they have it shipped and excessive carriage charges for 7 days later is frankly a joke.
Take a look for yourself the next day delivery charges are frankly massively excessive and disgusting.

Follow up we did chase this as given no indication of 7 day wait prior to ordering- somehow our fault the item will take 7 days to arrive as ex stock.
A note stating this would have helped prior to ordering- its 2019 not 1999

Charges an extortionate amount for shipping - £12.95 for an £8.95 can of Krylon. Claims it's because it's an aerosol. Apparently they are ignorant of the fact that the entire rest of Britain, including many companies FAR bigger than they are, send without the need for Hazmat to handle the delivery. Pathetic that it's cheaper to buy direct from the US manufacturer.
