I managed to, very clumsily, drop my iphone and smash the back with the centre of impact very close to my camera!! I thought a complete right off and a very expensive lesson learnt about taking care of these fragile objects. Tech-village is in the next village and i pass them most days - so give them a try i thought. I am so pleased that i did. In no time at all patrick had repaired the phone at a very competitive rate. Plus we had a chat about my slow running Imac…… guess whats going in next to be restored. Thank you Patrick. Tom

My iMac had completely broken down and was repaired the same day with a new hard drive and all apps reinstalled for a very reasonable price. I was given a quote and had everything involved in the repair explained to me in language I could understand. I highly recommend tech village and would not go anywhere else. My computer was even carried to my vehicle and safely packed in. Nothing was too much trouble and I now have a much faster and more efficient machine

Very quick turnaround for a smashed MacBook Pro screen and extremely reasonably priced. There was absolutely no pressure to decide on the repair there and then, and they were more than happy to answer all the questions I had before I took it in. An absolute pro at what they do, I trust Tech-Village completely with my repairs and won't hesitate to use them again when I need some advice or a repair in the future!

Absolutely exceptional service to restore my MacBook after it had been stolen and recovered via FindMy. Patrick went the extra mile to understand what was wrong with the machine and how to fix. He consulted with me whenever necessary and checked I was happy with the solution before finalising it. Very pleasant and friendly, put me at my ease at a time when I was naturally feeling stressed over what had happened. I could not be happier with the service I received and highly recommend Tech-Village. Any issues in future and I know where I shall be headed for it to be addressed.

After a trip to Apple M/K I was told that as my IPad was about 7 years old it was not possible to find a replacement battery ,the the best option for me was to spend around £600 for a replacement .
Luckily for me ,on my way home I stoped of at Tech - Village.
What a difference, a new battery was ordered ,and within a few day my I pad was up and running again , for a very reasonable price .

Patrick and his assistant were very helpful and patient. They may be dealing with modern technology but they still treat customers with respect and appreciate that we are not all technical wizards; explaining what is necessary and how a successful outcome will achieve.
