If you are having trouble with your emails and in particular Office 365 then I highly recommend you check out Adrian here at Tech West. I had been having email issues for months and my usual tech provider wasn't able to sort it out.

A chance conversation with Adrian and he offered to have a look. Not only did he solve the issue, he took a look at my setup and explained how we can streamline everything so it will run much more smoothly, incorporating other timesaving functions too.

Such a relief to know that I can work with someone who will clearly explain what's going on behind the scenes with my Office and understands what specific apps will make my life easier too!

Tech-West helped us to make our business more efficient and save time through use of a great solution built on Microsoft 365 to allow us to track our clients through their entire lifecycle with us, from enrolment through to qualification. Clients can now apply online using our website which feeds directly into our CRM system, automatically generates Invoices in Xero and deploys emails to both clients and staff automatically saving us hours of manual entry and data duplication. We’re now able to generate our statutory returns quickly and monitor clients through their entire qualification process and can look at new ways to automate other parts of our business processes.
