My business has been using Techwyse (formerly Shadowfax) for a while now. We reach out to them regularly for help and the service is excellent. A recent need for help while I was travelling abroad reminded me why they are good. Good service comes at a cost. It's not cheap but if you're serious about the digital health of your business, and need on-demand support, you need someone like Techwyse.

Align Strategy has been using Nuno Soares and TechWyse since it's incorporation in 2014 and the service we have received has always been both timely and efficient. The services provided include the recommendation of appropriate hardware and the resolution of any IT issues that Align and it's employees have together with advice around the wording of IT policies. I would not hesitate to recommend.
