Lovely new purpose built offices situated within the Loughborough university grounds. All parking must be booked in advance, if you are a visitor you will need your contact to do this for you. Great facilities and a great company to work for.

Product as are good and along the lines of their competitors but where they let themselves down as once you have signed up their so called account managers will not never call you back or offer support on new products etc. I've left many many messages for the account managers to call back and their line manager and after 8 months there is still no after care service!

Have loved working here the last month. Such a nice atmosphere to work in.

Edit: 5 years later and still working for the Access Group along with my Husband as well. A good company to work for.

One of the best places to work. Efforts are recognised and chances of growth. One of the fastest growing companies. A really friendly working environment. On the downside, everyone working here comes from different parts of midlands so not much socialising out of hours.

Impossible to reach this company by phone, and we're actually a -customer- (but not for much longer). Sales number not answered, Customer support numbers not answered... "We''ll call you back" links don't work... Chatbot on website never answered...
