I just wanted to share some feedback on our experience with Karl and his team so far, they’ve been fantastic.

From the initial strategy meetings to regular check ins, they’ve really taken the time to understand our business and target audience. After just 1-2 months of the cold email campaigns going live, we’re already seeing positive results.

We’ve had three moderately large commercial tenders come through, ranging between £10-35k for soft landscaping works, which we’re currently in the process of quoting for, all showing promising signs. We’ve also secured a commercial planting plan worth around £1.3k, which has already been accepted.

There have been a few smaller enquiries from councils regarding improvement projects, but as expected, these can take time due to their internal processes. Additionally, we’ve been approached by a prominent garden designer for a large landscaping project, involving plant machinery operators and landscaping operatives to support their team.

Overall, the profit from the first secured job has already covered the first month’s campaign cost which is a win in my eyes. Given how cold emails often require multiple touch points before converting, I’m confident that the consistent outreach will continue to deliver results.
