Shocking service, with an i dont care attitude.
I ordered £500 pounds of wood and was told to pick it up at 730 and pay on collection. When I went there to pick it up, Nothing was cut and they didn't even have the wood there to cut. When I complained they didn't even check if there others stores had what I needed even after I asked and we're to busy trying to serve the next customer.
All they supplied me with was stress and a day without pay because I could not do they job.
I went to Blue house Farm in the end very helpful guys and good prices

I went quite recently, but had to wait in the rain as they only allowed two people into the shop. Then when I eventually got in, they had run out of solvite. Another annoyance is they don't price anything which is surprise, surprise at the till.
