Lovely little gift shop selling an eclectic selection of curios. The prices were reasonable as well which is not always the case in touristy areas. Staff really helpful and put something aside whilst we went away and measured so that no one else bought it, which they didn't have to do at all. Well worth popping in a for a browse if in Warkworth, you might find something you fall in love with for your home.

Highly recommended, lots of unusual gifts. Recently made our second visit, 3 years after our first. Both included a Christmas ornament (first a reindeer, then a santa). Plus started tradition of a picture on nearby church wall.

Interesting eclectic collection of touristy items. I used to visit a lot but now less often. In a time when people can chose to buy online , and generally more cheaply, the whole ambiance and attitude of the staff is more important. Not acknowledging the existence of the customer at all is weirdly cold. The shop across the road is exemplary in how selling is done

I really enjoyed the layout and products in this shop. Where the experience fell short, however, was the lack of accessibility and the service. The service was fairly cold and the two ladies seemed largely disinterested in customer interaction. The cramped nature of the store means that wheelchair users and young children will have to wait outside.

Rude staff - miserable woman shouted at us to pick up our dogs - they are springer spaniels and not easily carried!
Her loss, we spent money in every other shop in Warkworth but hers.

We have visited this quaint shop on a few occasions over the past few years and have always purchased something. The last was on 16th July ‘22 and prior to that it was September ’21. I am leaving this review today because on both of these past two occasions, I have left the shop feeling diminished. I have found the interaction with the shop attendants/owner/owners (two ladies) to be less than satisfactory on both of my last two visits - very short, to the point of being rude and unwelcoming. I made a point of not making a purchase this time and I will not be visiting this shop again.
