We've been working at The Hub Newry, renting three desks on the 1st floor, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The space is modern, comfortable, and ideal for productivity, whether we’re collaborating as a team or meeting with clients.

A huge thanks to Suzanne, who has been incredibly helpful and always makes sure everything runs smoothly. The community here is fantastic—everyone is friendly, supportive, and great to work alongside.

The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of town and just a short walk from the bus station, making it super convenient for commuting. Having access to such a professional and well-equipped space has also been a huge boost for our consulting work.

I attended a tour of The Hub’s new coworking space at Margaret Street in Newry last week with colleagues from ABC Business Network and was really impressed with the facilities. The design is very modern and welcoming, there are private office spaces as well as hot desk areas with tables that can be raised to standing height as well as sitting. It has meeting room space, event space, and the cinema area is a nice environment for small meetings and presentations. The roof top garden with the view over Newry city is also great for a breath of fresh air. I'm looking forward to trying out the new coworking cafe with the additional hot desking space when it opens in the next few weeks. Well done to Suzanne & Patrick on creating their third coworking space in Newry. Very impressive.

Really think this is a wonderful place for co-working. The facilities are out of this world and I say that as the café is still being complete so it will be evne better soon, as the café is focused on tenants and not the general public. Location is good and close to free parking, an excellent choice if you are working between Belfast and Dublin.

When our company needed a new space with both a public reception area and private, secure offices, The Hub provided the perfect solution.
Suzanne and Patrick have been wonderful, and extremely supportive. The shared spaces are lovely, it's nice to be able to sit and have lunch or a chat with the other residents - it's a great community!
The building also feels very safe to work in with good security features in place.
We've been here since March 2023, and are really at home.

Had a really positive experience at The Hub so far. I've been a member for almost a year and it has been great.

We recently moved to the area and wanted to get an understanding of the local area without being committed to long term leases like so many others demanded. We've got our own small, private office with access to a shared kitchen. The whole place is spotless (thanks to the weekly cleaner) and perfectly meets our needs.

The team are great, and really easy to work with!

In summary - great environment to work within - really easy and stress free. Exactly what we were hoping for.
