The Incuba - Dunstable

The Incuba campus is a great place for academic training of the main trades: plumbing, carpentry and electrical installation. It has one of the leading workshops for colleges all over Britain and generally has an extremely high success rate in its students including those who win awards after getting their qualifications there. This however means attendance is more strict and if you were to drop below 85% attendance you will be kicked out. It is not for the faint of heart and you must have a drive to succeed if you want to get through the course. This being said it is much more laid back than one would assume; including 20 minute breaks every hour of work, this is in addition to 1 hour for lunch as standard protocol. The tutors there are very nice and really take into account the needs of the students. Overall despite how strict the college is it makes for a wonderful learning environment for students alike.

Please, give this building a lick of paint. Whoever thought metal signs on a white wall was a good idea needs to take a break.

No clue what goes on inside this building, it's simply an eye sore.

We have been tenants of The Incuba since March 2017 and could not be happier with our Landlords.

Before deciding to set up our offices in their building, we visited a number of other office providers in the Bedfordshire area so that we could make an informed decision.

After seeing a number of sites in popular business parks we chose The Incuba as they provide us with modern state of the art offices, which offered us ample free on-site parking, furnished offices, free WIFI, large break out areas, an on-site canteen and the staff are very friendly, welcoming and are always happy to help and support us with our start up needs.

It's a great venue and the staff were super helpful, but it loses a star for its lack of air con. Seminar was in high summer.
