Their office team are always helpful and efficient and available shifts are covered quickly. Their chefs are a great standard which is incredibly important to ensure the smooth running of our kitchen in the event of staff absence/ leave. We have used various agencies in the past and Sammons has always been the best.

Mark is our main point of contact. He is an excellent communicator, friendly and a true asset to their team. Gets bookings sorted quickly with no hassle. We are currently in the process of employing one of their chefs on a permanent basis, and Mark has been a fair negotiator who understands the nature of our business, a big thank you to him for that.
