I would highly recommend William for all your computing problems! My old laptop was struggling with information overload. I thought that I would need to buy another one but he told me that I needed extra memory. I was very grateful for his wisdom. He could have charged me a lot more money but he was honest and fair, qualities that are often lacking in today's world, sadly!

When my old faithful computer finally died William was there to help. My hard drive failed and despite being outdated on Win7, William put in time and expertise to recover my files and system. Unfortunatley due to it's age one problem lead to another but the service I received was amazing. From diagnostics to updates, William took care of it, going above and beyond. I was given advice and options going forward and I realised it was time to upgrade - I am now typing this review on a machine which is faster and smoother than I ever imagined and I couldn't be happier!

William has top level expertise, a rare work ethic second to none and his calm, caring attitude puts you at ease.

I have to say, what fantastic service we received fro. The Technology Shop. We thought a laptop was written off due to water damage, but we got back the equipment fully fixed, quickly and within the quoted price.
