I joined Independent Travel Experts (ITE) in 2017 as a brand new homeworker as part of the Travel Network Group (TTNG) consortium.

I was new to the travel industry and ITE gave me the best option as a new homeworker to expand my knowledge and confidence within the industry. I love the fact that I can pretty much run my business how I want to, but also have the support of the consortium and management team should I need it.

Ive used the marketing team to help me create a website, clothing with branding and using the marketing options available in my membership to enhance my brand awareness. Im now about to embark on a shop and office premises and the marketing team again have been crucial to how my brand image looks.

Have being trying to get a refund for my Teletext holiday. I was informed in July 2024 that I would recieve my refund in 21 working days,it is now February 2025 and still no refund. No mater how many emails I send I am getting no response.
