Came across Mr. Webb’s review and was amazed at the similarities with my current experiences with Thear Technology (compared to my previous dealings in 1999-2000).
In February 2019 I delivered my Revox A77 to Bedfordshire for service /refurb. As, yet the work has still not been completed! I have had so many excuses, some up there with “the dog ate my homework” that I can longer bring myself to communicate with Rod Thear. The final straw was in March of this year regarding a component, this was the very same component that was supposed to be the delaying completion back in August 2022!
I have now resigned myself to not seeing a treasured possession again and to being £700 out of pocket.
