After a genuine mix up with quoting and repairing my daughters phone, Martin made every effort to rectify the situation and 'make good'. I can only thank him for that, given that I was not there to assist her. He replaced her screen promptly and professionally. Highly recommended.

Absolutely superb to deal with. Incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. I called in with my MacBook which broke whilst I was local and Martin was able to diagnose the issue, supply a replacement part, fit it and test whilst I waited. We need more businesses like this! I shall be using these guys to refurbish & upgrade my other Mac now. I couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Thanks to Martin, my ailing 2015 iMac was restored to full health with a new hard disk. I was unable to upgrade or restart the iMac properly and all manner of internet searches did not help me remedy the problem. Martin's speedy diagnosis, repair and service was all done within a day, and I now have a fast and fully functioning iMac! Thank you Iguys!

Martin fitted a replacement charging port and new battery to my iPhone 11.
Unfortunately the battery was faulty from the factory but it was replaced immediately and without question. Martin’s knowledge and experience of the product is as impressive as his service. 5 well deserved stars.

Wonderful experience. Knowledgeable owner - Martin.
Had my I phone fixed on St James St Newport for £120 and within a week the screen stopped working again.
Took my phone to I guys in Cowes, and Martin was shocked at the shoddy work done which ruined my Face ID, and the cheap screen installed (£10) wasn’t even properly fitted.

Martin said most of his business is fixing poor work done by Newport establishments who completely rip off their customers whose phones end up in worse states than before they were ‘fixed’.

I recommend this wonderful man, and his professional & knowledgeable approach to excellent customer service.

I had such a great experience with Martin at The I guys. Excellent Customer Service, it felt like he really went above and beyond to help me. I brought a refurbished Mac Book pro, (at a very reasonable price!). He helped me set up and transfer all my data from my old computer, which was super efficient! Very friendly and would definitely recommend for all your apple product needs.. l won’t go anywhere else now.
