Having watched the YouTube video of a photographer informing the security guard what he was LAWFULLY doing I think a one star review is one star too many. Why was the photographer told he can’t do his lawful activity, and then the security guard and another member of staff actually arguing with him is ridiculous. Photographers follow the law, not company policy. And no SIA license on display either. Re-training and education required I think.

Staff need retraining when coming into contact with members of the public (see random outing youtube video) . Dinosaur of a security guard who doesnt know the laws of photography, and female member of staff who talks down to people. One star is too many for this company
