We worked with This Digital for over six months, and initially, they did an excellent job managing our digital marketing. The campaigns ran smoothly, and we saw a significant boost in leads and enquiries, which we were really happy with.

However, after a while, things started to go downhill. We noticed a sharp drop in the volume of enquiries, and our lead times decreased dramatically. It felt like the strategy that had been working so well for us initially either wasn’t maintained or wasn’t adjusted as needed.

Unfortunately, this left us with a noticeable gap in our business pipeline, which was disappointing given how promising the results were at the start. It’s clear that consistency and ongoing attention to campaigns are crucial, and this is something we felt was lacking towards the end of our time with them.
