An excellent little piece of kit for small/medium sized firms!

I run a Financial Services firm and our holiday booking spreadsheet was becoming increasingly unwieldy as we expanded. I was looking for something simple to track my employees' holiday bookings (for payroll purposes) and also their work from home days, to make sure that we had the requisite number of people present in the office to support our clients face-to-face. Timetastic is the perfect solution for us. It allows me to set a minimum staffing level by team/department (which means that leave is automatically approved unless it takes us below a certain threshold) so that less of my time is taken up by holiday queries/approvals. Our staff also love the app and the fact that they can book their leave from anywhere, with a clear summary of how much leave they have left.

When I've had to seek help from the Timetastic support team, the response has always been prompt and helpful (even when I needed help between Christmas and New Year). Any suggestions we've made for improvements have also been welcomed and confirmed as being 'in the pipeline' for future releases.

Well worth the modest subscription fees.

Timetastic is such an easy way to keep track of holidays and absences and lets colleagues be accountable for their own time. I have found the whole package incredibly straightforward to set up and use. It's very user-friendly and the webinar and FAQs were more than enough to teach you everything you need to know. I'm only in the early stages of using it, but I can't fault it at the moment as it does everything I need to manage Annual Leave and TOIL. It also comes with excellent customer support and in terms of responding to emails they have been super quick. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Timetastic is a fantastic product for managing your team’s time off. Staff can easily request leave from the app on their mobile devices and we can see at a glance, who is on/off. We have department leads who approve their teams’ requests and it automatically deals with clashes and public holidays.

We used to do this task on spreadsheets and TimeTastic has saved our sanity.

This is a no brainer for managing your leave requests.

We've just started using Timetastic and it's just what we needed. Easy to use, easy to monitor and integrates with Teams. The team's customer service is really great too, would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a simple but sophisticated portal to record everything from annual leave to a burnout board.
