Utterly shocking service! DO NO USE! Tim promised us the world taking a £1800 deposit, months and months later there has been no work completed and Tim has been unreachable. This man has stolen £1800 from us and pretty much disappeared! I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Or any other business run by TIM LORD the man is a con artist!

UNPROFESSIONAL AND SUB-PAR TO SAY THE LEAST!
I work as part of a team that hired Tim Lord of TR8 Media to give our website an overhaul. We are a small business with limited funds but were willing to hand over a deposit of £1800 to Tim with more to be paid on completion of the website. A few months into the project, Tim stopped contacting us and for weeks we have recieved no communication from him. When we finally have heard from him, the amount of work completed is laughable compared to the amount of time taken to complete it and NOT what anybody would expect for the price paid.
THE MAN PROMISED US THE WORLD AND HAS GIVEN US A VERY BASIC WORDPRESS SITE WITH OUR MONEY - OUR IN HOUSE DESIGN TEAM ARE SHOCKED.
AVOID IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RISK WASTING YOUR INVESTMENT.

Tim was a HUGE help to me when I started out with an expensive program that I couldn't understand and couldn't make work for me and my new business.

He did a great job transferring everything over to something that I could easily learn over time and helped me so much by putting everything in place so that I could make the changes that I wanted, when I wanted!

Always extremely responsive and helpful. He's the only IT guy I need 🙂

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with! Failed to honour our contract and now won't pay us any money back, refusing to engage in conversation so we are now being forced to start court proceedings. To add insult to injury the work done on our "website" is terrible! Anyone could do this on WordPress! Do not use this company, the guy is a complete fraud!

Tim was happy to work through anything I didn't understand and guided me through any points or thoughts I had that he felt may hinder the design while fulfilling my prerequisites. Tim has been very professional and helpful whilst working with our website. What I liked is that he didn't just take what I wanted to happen but gave useful suggestions on how to better improve what I wanted so that it would work better in the future. THIS IS MY FIRST REVIEW ON THE NET EVER, I JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE NO OTHER YOUNG, MONEY STRAPPED PEOPLE LIKE MY SELF WHO ARE TRYING TO START A BUSINESS GET RIPPED OFF BY TIM LORD TR8 MEDIA

Tim seemed great in the beginning, and after a couple of phone calls I sent him a full months payment so he could start SEO and some digital marketing. He sent me a week by week playbook and things seemed good.

But after 7 weeks when Tim had yet to finish the first few days of work and failed to respond to weeks on emails, I assumed I'd been scammed and left him a bad review. Tim then immediately responded saying that if I take down the review he would actually start doing some work. I agreed and took down the review and waited, and once again another month passed with no work done. So I asked for a part refund (not full) so we could part ways, giving Tim the chance to say if he was just too busy or whatever, give me some of my money back and we could move on.

Do this day no work has been done and no part refund or even leaving email has been received.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

TR8 Media has not acted in a professional manner. Tim Lord is refusing to give our £1800 deposit back for the website he promised to create.

Tim had stopped contacting us and refused to reply to our calls and texts. When he finally responded and showed us the progression of the work it was not what we expected at all & given time considerations. it was an awful effort and an insult to us given the amount of money we were being charged for the website to be built.

I cannot strongly recommend enough to not use this company! We are a very small outfit and have very tight finances. This is a massive financial loss for us. I do not wish anyone else to be in our position as it has put us through so much stress.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
