Absolutely fabulous company to work with and I cant recommend them highly enough. Andrew has been a huge support to us. From the initial enquiry, informative introduction call and quote - to installation and training, nothing is too much trouble. As novices, all of our questions have been answered promptly and clear instructions given along with videos to assist with the new technology. During such difficult times their customer service has been outstanding, which has been a great help to a volunteer led community facility. We have used TrouDigital for the last 3 years for the window display in our letting agency. Throughout this time we have had an excellent service from Mario and his team, including the recent supply of a new monitor for the window and updates to the content displayed. The service they provide really is zero hassle for us and the software works smoothly and updates itself automatically.
