We are a firm of solicitors in London and use trust ID to carry out authenticity checks on documents and online verification if we cannot meet with our client at the office. They also run PEPs and sanction screening on our clients and verify addresses. I do not usually submit reviews but they are a great company with a great product and provide a great service.

Not good company done photos three times saying it's to dark or two light they could not verify if the sun was in the sky

Sometimes it takes ages to get results back, and no consistency whatsoever. What is accepted one day is rejected another day, what is accepted for one person, is rejected for another.
I did exactly as customer service advised to get a right to work report done correctly and get it accepted, and still it got rejected.

Awful app / software. Wasted over an hour trying to verify ID using passport. Constantly failed to read chip. Tried an alternate app just to make sure it wasn't me and read the chip first time.
