Well maintained park/development with a few miles of green-way along the river and mowed paths Great for biking, running, and dog walking. Usually not very busy which is nice. Even though it is right off of Alcoa Highway it is quiet and peaceful.

While there are still only 2 buildings (one in progress), the property does have a completed walking path, with plenty of benches, that connects to one of the local Greenways. The flower, plant beds could use some care but it was very peaceful. I saw 4 others enjoying the path early in the day.
