Everyone at Vaughan IT are friendly, approachable and extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble even in an emergency out of the usual working hours of the day. They are able to access our system remotely which saves time in a busy workplace environment.

We use Vaughan IT for our IT support, as well as a project to ensure all staff can share files ciorrectly, whcih they completed over Xmas for us while we were on shutdown. I have to say, they are fantasic. Nothing ever too much bother, respond and remediate issues quickly and never have trouble fixing our issues. Wish every service company were as good as these.

I have known the team at Vaughan Data for a number of years now through their involvement with a company I worked for previously. I got back in touch to deal with some network issues I was having at my sister's property. Richard came and spent a few hours with me, and we systematically dealt with each head ache that arose.
