Well what can I say another fantastic experience at Wilson and co . I dealt with Raymon again and I just can't fault him. From start to finish you are looked after and made to feel like a valued customer. Communication is excellent and everything is relaxed . A zero star rating would be too much for this unprofessional garage. An appointment was booked to return a motability car by Ken. The members of staff that we were told to ask for, were not even in work on the day of the appointment.
The sales manager was rude, unhelpful and dismissive, his response was to quite simply, come back another day or go to another garage.
Come back, why would we....?..We followed the sales managers advice and went to another garage, which was all the things they were not...
Would I recommend this business.......Absolutely NOT....They have no idea of what customer service is.

Wish I could leave zero stars.
Absolutley shocking service from wilson and co avoid at all costs,
Had a couple of issues with my van needed looking at and with it being my lively hood booked in way in advance so both me and them had a 2 day window .
Dropped van Saturday for a Monday booking and advised several times that due to the nature of my work the van had to be returned by end of play Tuesday.
Rang Monday 4pm for update and was met with a very vague response and we will ring you in the morning.
Happened to be passing mid morning and decided to call in and settle my suspicions, and was greated firstly seeing my van exactly where I left it Saturday.
Went to service and had they confirmed it hadn't moved as they were waiting for a van ramp to become available,
To which I replied one should of been available Monday morning when the van was booked in and also it's a small van that will go any ramp and was just fobbed off.
Bottom line have taken van bk wasted my time dropping van off lost 2 days earnings and letting my customers down for nothing and taxi fare to pick van up.
Van hasn't been looked at so a have to start a fresh with another vauxhall dealership, it was booked for 2 days so you get on with it not waste my time and money.
The fact that it means nothing to them and have zero accountability is shocking should of read the reviews be even contacting them.
Attached photo is of a van same as mine on a car ramp and a empty ramp on right of photo was it lies or just incompetence?

Just got off phone with wilson and co who rang me trying to re-book my van,
If you would of took one ounce of accountability i would of given you another chance, I gave several opportunities for you to just hold your hands and oppologise none of which you did so I'll take my van elsewhere.

Fantastic experience as always with Raymon as my salesperson. 3rd time purchasing my car from Wilson & co. Always leave happy, Raymon always tries his hardest to get me the best deal to my taste. Cannot recommend him enough.

I have been using Wilson & Co for many years and have always been happy to return.I have been dealing with Sam during this new car purchase and he has made the whole experience stress free. The delivery was really quick and I am delighted with my new car. This is my first experience of keyless starting and electric handbrake and Sam has been keen to help me get used to the new features.

Had my existing car for 10 years and bought it from Wilsons. Came in to upgrade. I had an appointment with Sam. From walking in the door, Sam made me completely comfortable and was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble at all. It made the whole experience really great. When I came to pick the car up Sam was lovely as always. Overall great customer service.
