Amazing top-quality service from start to finish! I'd rate it higher than 5* if I could! From initially getting added to the Veri-Check system, everything was smooth and easy to get through. My assessor, Katt, was very helpful and informative from start to finish! (10* for her service alone!) Always assuring me if I needed to provide anything further, or sending updates on what had been done, and what the next steps were. She is truly a credit to the team! Extremely helpful and efficient. Marnie set out what was required very clearly. I had an all-day work event during the 24 hours in which you're meant to submit the relevant documents. She was flexible and extremely understanding. This made a sometimes stressful process much easier. Great service!

Absolutely terrible - the agent I’m dealing with, Adele, barely replies, doesn’t keep me in the loop without constant chasing from me and even then I’m still totally in the dark. No options that I can see to speak to anyone else. Slowed my referencing down to a crawl and is now delaying my move in date when I’m on a strict timeline. Very stressful. I have submitted everything in a timely manner but they can’t seem to manage to call my manager for a “verbal” reference. I’m not convinced they ever did call him because he had no missed call from them.

If I could give zero star I would! Don’t Waste your time with this company. Absolutely useless believe everyone in the reviews they never respond or pick up your calls they are absolute a Joke!!! Adele was unhelpful as usual!!! Avoid this reference company !!!!
