Setting up a share option scheme is quite scary because equity is the most important asset for a business owner. The team at Vestd are extremely competent and know what they are doing so I was put at ease quite quickly - I worked with Chris Hill and James Schembri who were brilliant.

Based on my experience, I would recommend business owners consider Vestd over any legal professional because of the transparency, support and benefits for your team.
