As a nurse myself I was worried about bringing outside care into our home to help care for dad but I needn’t have worried. Walfinch have been providing care for my dad and they have been truly amazing. From the first telephone contact and initial meeting their approach has been professional and caring, keeping Dad at the centre of the care they are providing. The carers themselves are all wonderful, a pleasure to have in the home and really fantastic with Dad. We have continuity from a very small number of carers which was important and they have adapted to our changing requests as things have altered at home. I couldn’t recommend highly enough.
