What a complete Joke! I no longer had hosting with this company and they were over charging me for parked domain renewal, so I decided to move my domains to another supplier, who were far more reasonable. When I called to move the domains they wanted double the renewal fee per domain to release them to me, even though they were all in my name! The staff were really rude and when I explained I felt like I was being held to ransom I was simply told, well that's what we charge as an admin fee, it takes up our time. Anyone who knows anything about releasing domains for transfer knows it takes about 10 seconds. I will NEVER use this company ever again!

Undoubtedly the worst customer service ever experienced. Be very wary when signing up with Web Age Ltd as their billing is not clear and you will end up paying over the odds for basic service.
