I found Phil to be absolutely astonishing and I could not recommend him and his services more. I contacted him as I had a WordPress website that was too difficult for me to make amendments to and he transformed it in a way that was much more accessible to it and showed me how to use it. On top of that, he helped me with transferring my website to another hosting provider. This transfer proved to be very difficult and frustrating and Phil was always available at the end of a phone or an email. His calm and reassuring attitude helped me get through it. More than that, he helped me directly with the new hosting provider help-desk to clarify and solve the issues that occurred. I will be forever grateful for everything that Phil has done for me and I feel so lucky I found him. I will certainly use Web and Base again. Thanks so much Phil!
