Carlos made me a website during Covid, and was pleasant whilst building it and whilst taking my money. However, shut my website down in Feb 2022 with no prior warning (so frustratingly I lost all content) when I simply asked if I could manage my own website, unbeknown to me, he said he owned my website and therefore no, I could only have my website if I paid him his monthly fee so I'd wasted around £1000 paying for a website that I didn't own and then made a monthly fee on top of that (for what I'm unsure as I also paid a hosting fee to bluehost). Be careful if you use this service and ask all the questions I didn't know to ask at the time.
I'm now in need of a new website for two companies and will 100% be looking elsewhere.
