Excellent experience purchasing a set of binoculars. Staff knowledgeable and I was allowed to take time over the decision. Not the first time I have purchased in store so I new what to expect.

Wouldn’t recommend buying here , not very helpful it doesn’t pay to buy local
When your camera breaks after only having it 2 years and take only 500 pictures they don’t want to know , better to shop online
After refusing a after care repair £75 to send away and £60 a hour for repairs
For a 2 year old camera unfit for purpose all they did was put my battery on charge
I’m seeking citizens advice and going to trading standards , your service is not satisfactory

And Wilkinson cameras customer service are very unhelpful
Once these lot get your money they don’t want to know any problems you have
Amazon and Argos are a lot more helpful
I will never buy Panasonic again and definitely never buy from Wilkinson cameras

Really nice lads in the shop and one even showed me his film camera which was great. Nice friendly staff and pricing is good. Worth a visit.

Literally wouldn't go anywhere else for for my camera needs,my Canon let me down on a job, I went straight into the shop and ordered a new camera and Joe had it in my hands at such a fast rate! Really really impressed with the service that's for sure! I won't look anywhere else for anything to do with my tech! 10000% recommend these guys!!

Went to get a lens cap, the chap looked it up and gave me the cap, I said that's way too big, no he said that's the correct one. I had to go back and change it. The second chap was way more helpful, and I got the correct cap.

Big shout out to Wilkinson Cameras. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff, made our day. My friend isn’t a Tog yet was made to feel welcome and encouraged to view many other elements of what Wilkinson does, while I enjoyed the cameras and lenses and all the other related gear. Very approachable staff member made everyone feel valued and able to ask what may even be simplistic questions. Wholly recommend using these guys if you are in the area.
