I maintain the content of one of the websites that Charles has previously developed and have always been impressed by its design, robustness and ease of use. When another society to which I belong wanted a website to support its research activities, I had no hesitation in seeking advice from Charles. He has promptly built us a very attractive website and explained its implementation so I am confident it will be equally robust and easy for me to manage. Users of the website are very pleased with the website’s appearance and how it operates. Charles obviously brings considerable experience, care and professionalism to his designs.

I simply cannot express how pleased we are with the fantastic website Charles built for Monmouth u3a. We had struggled on for years with an inadequate site but within a couple of months of approaching him, Charles had built us a new one from scratch. What an experience!
We wanted an easy-to-manage communication tool which would be bright, attractive, interesting, engaging, user friendly and informative. That’s exactly what we got from Charles!
We had little idea on design and layout and no ideas whatsoever about the technical developments behind the scenes, so needed in today’s Internet world. We were even a bit scared about keeping up in techno conversation with any competent Web design and Development ‘boffin’.
Then Charles arrived on the scene. He could see two things straightaway; the gaps in our thinking and a plan to move forwards. We are thrilled with the results. Both from the design and the technical points of view.
Now, as Charles launches the new site, we can relax in the knowledge that he will be looking after it technically and monitoring its performance for us. No worries — he’s going to stay on board and we are already getting very flattering comments from users.
Points scored on design and technical development issues? About 15 out of 10 and that’s just for professionalism, patience, lots of hard work, concept thinking, design, prompt support and delivery, techno know-how and enthusiasm.

Following a very sketchy brief from our walking club committee, Charles produced a Mission Statement and list of Key Objectives before going on to build an impressive and high-functioning website for us. Charles also produced easy-to-understand user manuals and given us training in managing the website. I’ve found Charles to be helpful and reactive to our needs throughout the design process. We are delighted with our new website and cannot praise and thank Charles enough.

The new website which Charles Emes has created for the Monmouth/Carbonne Twinning Association has exceeded my expectations. He worked very closely with us, so that we learned how to bring together photos and writing which clearly communicate what our organisation has to offer to members both old and new. The design, layout and colours are eye-catching, and Charles worked very hard on the mechanics of the design to make it very easy to navigate the website and to update it in the future. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a new website.
