Excellent service to retrieve inaccessible data on broken hard drives! I lost 8 years by not replacing mine before it died, however Xytron managed to build a solution to access and retrieve it all. Quick, easy and painless service with very polite and responsive staff. Expensive service but understandable due to it being a specialist skill, requiring specialist tools. I was recommended Xytron by my local Apple repair store. I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received from them.

I had lost years worth of pictures dating back to 2013! They were on an old MacBook that wouldn’t turn on. I was so worried that I would never be able to access my precious memories again! On top of that, I had forgotten the password for my laptop, which was a further barrier to gaining access to the hard drive.

Richard and his team reassured me that they would do their best to access my data and they did! I'd highly recommend Xytron to anyone looking to access lost data! They are professional and have great customer service!

I would definitely recommend Xytron Data Recovery. In February 2019 my hard drive suffered a large power spike which resulted in my data being completely inaccessible, and potentially destroyed. During a stressful time, Xytron were able to retrieve all of my files and data which in turn saved me countless of tiresome hours of having to do it all over again. I am very grateful they were able to retrieve all of my data and charge a fair price for the work that is involved. Xytron Data Recovery did not quote inflated prices like other companies could do to exploit your position.

I researched a few companies before settling on Xytron to recover my damaged hard drive due to the reviews already in place and i'm happy to report i wasn't disappointed. Richard, who i dealt with, was very helpful, quick to reply to my emails and after describing my problem my worries of losing my treasured pictures were immediately put to rest.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough, sure there are some others offering similar services at slightly lower prices but just searching their name on Google will quickly explain why. With something as important as this i'd rather pay a little extra to ensure a top notch service which is what i and others have received with Xytron. Although i hope to never have to recover a hard drive again i'm glad i know Xytron are there to help when if worst does happen.

When considering who to entrust with recovering data from my Mac HD I took a measured approach, I wanted the best in the industry as I might only get one chance. Reviews told me Xytron was the company to trust and you can add this review to the pile of recommendations, they’re supremely professional: no fuss, no sales pitch - they just did the business, exactly what you’d want for the job at hand. It’s not cheap but why would it be? I expect to pay for expertise, plus I like to think I’ve ‘paid for knowledge’. Ie backup backup backup. Thanks gents.

Xytron provided me with an excellent, professional service and a rapid turnaround. They retrieved 3.5TB of data from a hard drive damaged by a severe power spike. The spike blew both the PCB and the the head stack assembly. I received regular updates and extremely helpful advice, answers to my questions and useful information. It is rare but refreshing to receive such exceptional customer service.
