Working with Yooodle was an absolute pleasure. From our initial viewing to completion fewer than 3 months later, we had a seamless experience thanks to Helen. We had dealt with so many estate agents and had terrible experiences, but Helen was superb. She was extremely efficient, honest and courteous. She kept everything on track and ensured that everything went to plan and to deadline. Her communication was excellent throughout. She is by far the best estate agent we've ever worked. We had such a great experience with Yooodle when buying our flat who were so helpful from start to finish. A massive thank you to Helen who kept us up to date regularly with the buying process, was always on hand for any questions we had and kindly dropped off the keys on the day of completion to the place we were staying at at the time.
