Stock error with order, the team was in contact very quickly to rectify their error offering me a more than suitable upgrade at the same cost due to the error. very pleasent team to deal with will return in the future for parts for a pc build.

Had my PC serviced as I was having hardware issues.

The machine was fully tested, fault diagnosed within a couple of days and the staff let me know throughout the process what exactly was being done to solve my issue.

The staff members were very polite and professional, and made sure everything was working as intended before I took the machine home.

I think the pricing was extremely good and the quality of the work done was excellent.

The only place you ever need for all your PC requirements and servicing.

Extremely helpful and committed staff; installed a new processor to my computer and were incredibly polite and helpful, as well as persistent, when I had a few problems with it.

Have been slowly upgrading my computer over the course of a few years at this shop now and I always feel like I'm getting great value and service from good and kind people. An easy 5 star from me and a massive recommend to any first time PC builders or more experienced PC upgraders looking for good and affordable parts.

PS: As for the negative reviews calling the business 'unreliable', I came here for my first PC, where I had little to no knowledge on computers and simply wanted one to play games on. My parents also have absolutely no knowledge of computers and it was quite obvious that they didn't. With this in mind they could have very easily ripped me off or something along those lines, but as my knowledge of computers and their parts has grown it is quite clear that they did the best they could with my limited budget. So again, reliable and dependable staff.

Zi-Clone still going strong and still offering an excellent service.

I bought my first ever gaming pc from these guys over 12 years ago and received a very competitive price, excellent service and great support back then.

So, for my current needs I needed a motherboard, CPU and RAM and even though I now live over 90 miles away, I had them in mind. I emailed them my requirements and after a few discussions over the phone. I received products that matched my requirements added with a very competitive price and great a great service.
