I could write a lot about just how very good my experience with Jon setting up a new laptop and sorting out some issues on a second laptop were. Suffice to say they would all speak to the excellence of his services. He will most definitely be the first person I call for all my computer needs in the future.

Not reliable!

I wanted to fix the charging port on the laptop. It glitches again and again!! I paid a hefty amount just so that the job could be done! Still have the issue.

My friend had an issue with MacBook screen they too have the same problem. It glitches so they have to keep restarting.

Very disappointed with the service. Will definitely not be going back. I’ve literally just wasted my money.

I had to go elsewhere and get the problem sorted. They charged me less and got the job done on the day. Till date works magic!

Just like the first time, the faulty laptop was collected at home, fixed in a short time, tested and safely returned in full working order.

Great service! Fixed a noisy fan on my daughter's laptop and cleared off a lot of unwanted software. Really good communication throughout and accommodated coming to us as local and time constraints due to her only being around for one day before going abroad. She is now very happy with her extremely quiet computer that no longer becomes a distraction in lectures.

Battery died on my MacBook. Found Jon on Google and saw previous good reviews. Called him and he picked it up within 2 hours and had it dropped back and fixed in approx 36 hours. All that retro good service at a fraction of the price.

My oldish laptop was running incredibly slowly and the mouse cursor moved in a series of steps. The problem was quickly diagnosed as a failing hard drive. This was quickly replaced with a modern version, software and data reinstalled and the laptop works perfectly again. All at a reasonable charge.
