Excellent Work and Professional Service. After completing an ensuite and kitchen replacement, and a complex double garage conversion consisting of a new family room, utility room and cloakroom, we are delighted to thoroughly recommend NBK on all accounts. Our hesitation for not doing this sooner, was being able to pull everything together to run as one smooth project. From our first meeting with Gareth, we got the confidence that NBK could deliver on everything. The design, materials, work quality and attention to detail is first class and most importantly, every question is listened to and addressed. During the project, communication was excellent in terms of tracking progress, ongoing costs and what would happen in the coming weeks allowing us to plan ahead. Throughout our five month project, everything arrived and was built as planned, the team arrived on time every day and when planned, and quite honestly were a delight to have around during what was a huge overhaul to our home.

We needed to have both a complete bathroom renovation and an extension to our property. The job was not as simple as we first thought it would be, due to drains having to be moved and extra structural support being required. Several companies we approached shied away from the work due to its complexity.
NBK handles the whole project with a 'can do' approach from day one.

My partner and I started planning our bathroom project in Spring 2023 and were in search for a company that would not only deliver great results, but also look after us and our project with great care. Particularly because this was our first project of such a scale and during a time when spending is a luxury. We absolutely made the right decision for us.

Stuart was a delight to meet and work with as we planned our project. He was very helpful, kind, and genuine in his consultation and anytime we had questions. James was also great to work with as we mapped our project in detail and agreed on all the final products and touches. Thanks to both, throughout the planning stages we felt constantly reassured that we were in good hands.

During the installation, Damien (our fitter) was not only friendly, but also had a professionalism, eye for detail, and top skills to match. Throughout our installation he always made sure that we agreed with the work he’d carry out for the day, and he also provided solid solutions when we encountered a few snags.

The rest of the NBK team (Ryan, Millie, Megan, Rachel and team) were also key in making our project a huge success. We could not have had such beautiful results without the whole team. Thanks, NBK! We’re already looking forward to the next opportunity to work with you.

NBK were a pleasure to work with. From design meetings with James, with his ‘anything is possible’ attitude and attention to detail, throughout the expert installation by fitter John, we felt in safe hands. When there was an unexpected issue early on, the management team swept in to work out how to overcome it with minimum stress and disruption to schedule. We were kept up to date by project manager Ryan, and John on the ground. The finished en-suite looks beautiful and we are thrilled!

NBK did a great job of upgrading my en-suite shower room. Excellent service all the way from initial consultation, design, selection of materials through to completion of the installation. Really liked that there was a single designated fitter that did all the work. Dan was superb in giving good advice and practical solutions throughout the installation process and was totally professional in all his work. We used NBK (Norwich Bathrooms and Kitchens) to supply and install a new kitchen at our Mulbarton home.

Before placing an order we had three or four meetings with the Design Team to ensure we had everything correct. At no time were we put under pressure during this consultation period. The team were patient and helped to ensure we obtained the result we wanted.

Just before an order was placed a site meeting was held with the Project Team to check designs and agree sighting of electric sockets etc.

The order was placed and installation date agreed with an expected installation period, this was exceeded by two days because of Installation Team illness and injury. However their communication was excellent and we were never left not knowing what was happening.

We cannot give enough positive feedback to this company and their operatives. All members of the company from Director to Labourer were friendly, respectful and a pleasure to deal with.

NBK will never be the cheapest, but if you want that you should look elsewhere. If you want something special, deal with a team who care and have a value for money product, then you do need to speak with these guys.

Very pleased with the service NBK did from initial enquirery to completion. The project was fully detailed and the installation was excellent. The installer Lee Harrison could not have been better. His attention to detail was excellent and his cleanliness of the work areas could not have been better.
This was the second time NBK have done work for us so I can recommend NBK. You may find a cheap company but unlikely to get a better job done than with them..

Fantastic, trustworthy and thoroughly professional experience with NBK. We had our Victorian terraced house box room converted from scratch into a small ensuite bathroom. Very meticulous in everything they do, from the initial quote to the full costings and of course the work itself. Ran to time and budget, no hidden costs, and they responded / troubleshooted excellently to any unforeseen setbacks (bound to be a few in an old house like ours!), such as installing us a temporary sink when the unit we had chosen was temporarily out of stock, then coming back to install ours a few weeks later. Dan was really kind and a pleasure to have in the house. We’re really happy with the result and having such a long warranty is an added bonus. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
