I have used VMIT for all of my IT needs for the last four years and they never fail to be totally competent, efficient, and on budget every time. It is really useful having the facility to remotely access our PC's, meaning we never have unnecessary downtime. Excellent in every sense.
Update March 2020 - if anything VMIT has become even more central to my business, as we move towards cloud based solutions - top notch advice, strategic planning and implementation. If only every supplier was this good!

I approached VMit and asked them to put together a disaster recovery procedure for my business. They did not play on my fears and took time to explain the various methods and also that backup on its own is not enough. They tailor-made a plan to suit my business and my budget and helped me migrate my business over to Microsoft 365. IT can be like a black art to some people, but Nils and the guys at VMIT always take the time to explain everything and never once have I felt they trying to pull the wool over my eyes. I have now been with them 4 years and never have I felt more comfortable with an IT company. I trust them implicitly and always recommend them to my colleagues and clients. I was having a nightmare time with emails. Everything that used to be so easy suddenly became a mess or impossible to do. I tried every link but feared I was making things worse. A friend recommended VMit as she said she used them all the time at home and in business. When I rang them I asked if they could come out and look at the problem. I was told "no need. we'll do it from here"! I'd never come across this before and was astonished when they troubleshooted my emails remotely in about 20 mins. No call out fee and no visit needed.
