Shocking service. Starlink interferes with their network due to someone leaving their network and moving to them (I can see why). One employee trying his hardest and escalated to a manager and rang every day to speak to one and they are all ‘away from their desk’ and after getting their mobile number they ignore the calls. Our internet has been off for 5 days and no sign of resolving. No offer of a temporarily solution or payment to fund it after finding out we had to pay for a 4G SIM card to function in our household. Pay the extra money and move to Starlink. To directors reading this review - it would be nice to hear from you as your managers couldn’t bother to ring us back. And please don’t reply asking us to call the main phone number and you are sorry to hear about the issues - we would like a director to call before we look at alternative solutions for our network provider.

ITS have failed to provide the service I pay for on several occasions and refused to refund for the time the service was not functional (which was over 7 months!) Their customer service is terrible and their technical support is only marginally better. Avoid at all costs. Starlink is less than £30 more a month for over 10 times the bandwidth and without the almost daily dropouts. I believe they also monitor your connection... something ITS should but do not do.

Contrary to their response below, this is not the first time this has happened (so not an unusual issue at all) and ITS have refused outright to help or compensate me in any way for the 7 months my phone line hasn't been working. They do not monitor their services and cannot tell you when they drop out... something which every ISP should obviously do (and every other ISP I've used has done). I have been paying for a service which has not been provided for 7 months and they have wiped their hands of the situation, saying they're only liable from the date that the user raises concern, despite them admitting that it was their error and aggreeing on the date that it has occurred from.

ITS are a bunch of crooks and cannot be trusted.

A very bad IT company to work with. From the account management, to provisioning, nothing has gone right from day one. There is a lack of urgency and responsibility from a company that states they have top-class support. We ordered 2 relatively straight -forward circuits over a year ago and they still have no been handed over, with no sign of this happening yet.

We have had broadband from this company for over 8 years. Customer service was always poor, but now it has hit rock bottom! Two weeks ago, our broadband stopped working. After 3 days, an engineer called, but couldn't fix the problem. He said they would be in touch. Heard nothing. Tried phoning, couldn't get through. Sent a complaint email, which they said would get a response within 48 hours. No reply! We have now cancelled our direct debit. We are sure that we will hear from them now, if we owe them money! Appalling service.

Has broadband/ leased line availability in a lot of places that other companies don't. Reasonable pricing and quick lead times.

Customer service is non existent. There phone numbers don't work and when you send an email they never respond. If I would of known these facts I would of stayed clear.
